One more thing that I learned from my experience –
people will never fail to jump at the chance to tell you that you’re screwed.

This book is about dancing, and about dancers, but it’s also about determination, and about me. If I have something to say to strippers, it would be the same thing that I would say to anyone. If you feel stuck, find ways to get unstuck. If the first thing you try doesn’t work, try something else. No matter how many people tell you that you’re screwed, don’t give up. And when you finally get unstuck, it will be worth it.
